EATING IS AN ART
I am an over eater,i love to eat any thing that tastes good i just eat like there's no tomorrow,that's not bad but it is a serious mistake.In my process of learning one of my sources taught me how to eat i mean the art of eating.
Eating anything,any time,any day is like throwing garbage into a bin i was initially exasperated by the comparison but that made think.Eating is fuelling your body i.e sending sufficient carbohydrates to your organs that makes it function.All your body needs is energy that you give it through food.
where are we wrong?
we know that food gives us energy but our fault for food is the taste.we fall prey to tastes it becomes addiction,taste seduces one to feel it.Falling prey for taste is a wrong way of eating.As the title says eating is divine what we eat is to fuel ourselves not to feel the taste.
- so eat anything that's good to your body never fall prey to tastes(as we have good tastes we have tasted different stuff in life).
Eat like never before.There are some buffets where you have some limited time for unlimited varieties,we go eat lots of food in limited time which doesn't really make some sense,don't just eat feel the food.Never eat in a rush.
- Its always preferable to eat single but if you are in public make some good conversation but simultaneously concentrate on what you eat never forget to feel your food.
Non Periodic Eating
i eat food without any limit any time and anywhere which is a non periodic process.I recently learnt that eating is periodic process.Never consume food round the clock at any time always have some preferable eating periods as i said eating is a discipline.
- Sometimes it is impossible to maintain proper eating schedules or we have to overdue our schedule.It is important to maintain a schedule if not you can push your next meal of the day a bit ahead or just quit it(its good to quit breakfast or dinner).
- always have a big lunch and schedule at least 3 hrs for something to enter into your digestive system.
trust me eating anything is that your digestive system can take is okay but how and when and where you eat matters.
