MY Interview questions

Technical and HR Round:

(I)Interviewer:favourite topic?

(M)Me:data structure(i actually meant database)

I:wow,lets get into some algorithms then....

M:ummm ......yes sir sure....

I:what is time complexity of binary search?

M:O(log n) with a doubtful tone...and then said him its database actually.....

I:he laughed at me and exclaimed with funny tone.

        Write the binary search algorithm and then lets switch to data base....

M:i wrote binary search algorithm as i was good at some general algorithms.

I:i was asked generalised queries about database and other questions.

M:best part was i thorough with the queries but couldn't answer some generalised questions.One question which I could remember was what role does Kdd play in dastabase though he thought that was a twisted question.

I: discuss about general topics like my processors and the best processor in the market.

M:i told abou processor and its importance.I just told him snapdragon series is the best!! As i dont know the best processor available in the market.

Above stuff was around 20-25 mins

But the whole interview was fine not so rough.Its good to be thourough with generalised topics.
